Corporate Workouts
I offer all businesses and companies with the main aim of enlivening and aiding your workforce with min 45 minute's of light to moderate lunch-time or after work session's 2-3 time's a week.
ie.
• Floor Exercise's: stretching, push-up's, jack-knifing, leg raise's, plank reps etc...
• Cardio session's: skipping, star-jumps, tummy-twist's, birpee's, short stride's/sprint routine's etc....
• Boxing session's: pad-work, hand weighted shadow boxing, skipping, and improvement of technique for self defense etc...
• Resistance session's: a variety of routine's and rep's using resistance band's to aid strength, movement aswell as toning etc...
• Light hand weight's: a session to help difine muscle and tone body with a variety of reps etc...
All exercise equipment is provided, plus:
• Bottled water
• Towel's, Deodorant
• Help and advice on Fitness & Diet
Available at addional cost:
• Protein Smoothie's
• Freshly prepared lunches: salad's, pasta's, sandwiches
