Personal Trainer - Running


Running is of course the main ingredient in my training sessions,it's simple in it's affectiveness, it is the foundations to the healthy body and life you that you want, its vital for gaining all-round strength, endurance and fantastic overall health if  you desire a fitter and toned body, running will also enable you to enjoy other activites along the way.
Training will include many variation's to keep you progressing, off-road, woods, parks, hills runs, shorter and faster strength work, longer and slower endurance work, weighted back-pack runs, interval and timed sessions all to gain great all-round fitness.....
